Break
I'm so not used to blogging anymore cus I haven't done it for two months!!!
Reason being that I'm just wayyyyy too busy to blog!
WHAT A BIG FAT LIE. I DON'T BELIEVE IN BEING TOO LAZY TO BLOG LOL
Truth be told, I wasn't really in the mood to blog. I wasn't in the mood to do anything, in fact.
Why, you ask? I'll tell you later when you've finished hearing me rant LOL.
So anyway I got a new laptop ( ASUS idk what model ) from the IT show today and boy am I not used to the keyboard!! I really really dislike from the bottom of my heart the keyboards where all the buttons are spaced out cus I have short fingers!
>=O plus the fact that I've been using my old laptop for six years makes it harder for me to adapt! I'M GONNA HAVE MUSCULAR FINGERS SOON FROM ALL THIS EXCESS MOVEMENT TO REACH FOR MY KEYS, I SWEAR.
Back on track, I was actually prepared ( well not really ) to go to an International School for further studies cus I really wanted to take the IBDP.
However, my O level results turned out exceptionally well, at least in comparison to my 30 pointer 60th position in level from the back, that being 12 raw and 8 nett.
This was when I was really confused about exactly where I should go :<
I don't really care that I was top 25% of Singapore of whatever, but the fact that I was really out of choices nor ideas haunted me.
Plus, a 12 pointer is really a pretty sucky score compared to how my parents fared. Especially when my dad unintentionally went 'omg when I was 17 I was in uni alr!' on the eve of my 17th birthday =___=
BEST UNI IN CHINA. OKCAN. 17??? OKCAN.
MOM WHAT ABOUT YOU??!?! OH. TOP 3 FINANCIAL SCHOOLS IN HUMONGOUS CHINA. OK NVM FORGET THAT I ASKED.
That being said I still really love my parents lol! YES THEY'RE THE BEST PARENTS IN THE WORLD ( In MOST areas )
To sum it up, Hwa Chong International School was super run down, had pretty snobby rich kids as their students, but were willing to offer me any subjects I wanted at any level.
Going to JC, on the other hand, was alien to me. It just wasn't what I had in mind and what I have mentally prepared myself for. But after knowing that 7 other classmates were going to NYJC, I chose the JC route.
Funny how we all used to laugh at NYJC being lousy, eh?
Since the orientation, I've basically been drifting along with JC life. You know, that kinda feeling when you know you're doing something but you feel that you're just not there? Yeah.
Only now can I say that I'm really starting to feel that reality has sunk in. OMG I'M IN JC?! (#@$*#%)*#$)%*@)(@#)$&%($&%#%^*&(!@*

Christmas! Part 2
Part 1 is here
Part 2 is all about Christmas celebrations at home!
Just fyi, I was working on Christmas eve! (T^T) For 10 hours straight >=O
So by the time I was home it was pretty late, and my parents packed some food home to eat! Dinner for me and supper for them!
When we started digging in it was 11:15pm already so t'was pretty late!
Of course as the goodass people we are, we also got our maid to eat with us! On the table of course! Not to mention we let her have free flow of red wine and also let her choose one of the four dishes that we packed home~

We had very very normal daily food for lunch which I wasn't really fond of =___= neither was Cecilia so...
I ordered Domino!
THEIR WEBSITE IS SOOOO SUPER COOL!! THEY HAVE THIS GPS TRACKER THINGY WHICH YOU CAN STARE AT TO KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING TO YOUR PIZZA!
Even though it might be average time taken for those steps, it's still so very creative!
Plus they really have the nicest pizzas in Singapore AND within 30minutes delivery time!
Only down side is that they're very expensive (T^T)
Domino came in like 20something minutes! <3

Every Beginning Leads You To A Brand New Ending
Writing down my New Year Resolutions for this year!
This'll be the first year I'll be writing a new year resolution lol. Hope they'll come true!
For 2012, Iwish will make sure that...
1. The world won't end ( duh ) cus I've yet to dominate it
2. I'll study really really hard and ace my SATs & school exams!
3. I'll be able to make as much money as possible $-$
4. My rooms and closets will be kept in the neatest possible state!! ( This is something carry forward from every other year lol wts )
5. I'll catch all the movies I wanna catch! So that I won't regret not watching a nice movie in cinema!
6. I'll read one book every one/two weeks so I can improve my English/Chinese/Japanese
7. I'll practise Piano/Ballet/Guzheng as frequently as possible and date Cecilia to go play Badminton with me! Gotta brush up those skillz!
8. Exercise and keep myself toned!!!!!! Lose the extra 5KG I've gained last year fffffff
Mmmmm and that's all I can think about so far!
Even though it's pretty much a very small list, it'll be quite challenging to keep them all fulfilled!
And I wish that everyone will be able to make some effort and advance towards their own goals this year!
Wishing is just hopeful thinking unless you do something!
So people, MAKE THIS YEAR A GREAT YEAR YOURSELF! MOVE THOSE ASSES!

Every End Is A New Beginning
Frankly, till late afternoon today, I've not felt that this is the last day of 2011. Like, it's just so impossible because time didn't just fly past me, it teleported.
I guess it's mostly cus of the fact that I've spent December working non-stop from Monday to Saturday ( even though it's practically slacking on weekdays ) inclusive of public holidays to the point that I don't feel the public holidays actually happening.
Sunday breaks were spent... not really as a break but more of a busy rush to watch movies and get a life and all!
Today is a good example of me working for 9hours even though it's New Year's Eve! ( Okay I slacked but whatever! )
So all that is pretty much a very very tiring and fast paced cycle that didn't allow me any time of rest.
Now, as the day and year ends, I'm thinking and looking back at everything I've accomplished, lost, gained and let go of.
Okay actually I'm in a rush to finish this post cus I've actually planned to write this WHILE watching The Golden Compass on channel 5 just now but the movie was sooooo my type that I just couldn't bear to leave the sofa and take my lappy there to blog!!
Now as I write this I have exactly 52mins left to finish this post cus I wanna publish it at 11:59pm sharp!
I'd actually wanted to post photos of how the year went by but... I've already done so in some of my posts! So I'll link the posts that has anything to do with what I'll be talking about!!
-Yes I know I'm ending almost every sentence with a ! but I can't help it cus I'm really really excited for the new year! ( omg another ! )
2011 at a glance ( mostly in terms of time ) :
What I've been blessed with this year is my AWESOME CLASSMATES really guys, you don't know just how much you mean to me. You guys make me who I am right now and I cannot express in words how thankful I am and how much I love you guys. :*
And not to forget... Hanghang! ;) I shall not elaborate LOL that's for my private private life which you may ask me about ONLY IN PERSON.
I'm not really a person who can stay in love with any CCA that I've joined. I'd love it, I'd own it, but not for long.
In Primary School I've done Chinese Orchestra in P1/2, Dance SYF Gold in P1/2, Guzheng SYF Gold P3-4, Badminton Zonal 4th P5-6.
Yeah see! I'm not that bad! Lol.
However for secondary school it's different and all cus I can't afford to really change CCAs for the sake of my CCA points. Also... Being in my CCA just made me lose hope for CCAs totally.
The CCA itself is awesome, but the people in it is bullshit.
Not all, mind you. But most. There's jingbitchyi, disgusting jeanette, joey, this bla and that bla that just made everything crappy.
Of course, there are some good times spent with Benji, Xiaoqi, Elysia, Yiliang and even Eugene. ( Actually at times I do miss Eugene. He's weird but he's nice. Wholeheartedly most of the times. )
During the first SYF, I just didn't have any chance to do anything, act anything to actually love Drama, frankly. And thus I got a role as a useless fairy in Midsummer Night's Dream lol. I had like, four words in the entire play or something! Hahahahaha.
But during the auditioning period for the second SYF, something just snapped and I really really wanted the leading role.
I guess I just got pissed at doing nothing. Hey, I'm awesome y'know? And at times I've GOT to show my awesomeness! ;)
And with my well, thick skin and hard work, I've pulled it off real good. Being successful at the auditions, being complimented by Natalie while she was mocking us ( lol. ) and finally getting gold.
Wooooah.
I'm awesome, no?
So even though sometimes I feel that Drama is truly the crappiest and worst CCA ofd my life, I still love it in some aspects.
It has taught me ... to be thick skinned. Okay well my skin is thick enough in the first place but whatever. READ THE MOOD!
So, Drama, thank you and fuck you. I wish you will not get another gold now that you don't have me.

Braces
Okay so I decided on a whim to get braces and all right after my English O level Oral in order to get perfect teeth and also not let it affect my exams.
It was.. Not my best choice but still doable I guess.
Planning to blog about the entire thing after I've finished my entire treatment so look forward to it!
Btw, I'll probably only get to take it off in April/March cus my hospital's jam packed with patients so I'll only get to go there AN ENTIRE MONTH later than I should fml.

Christmas! Part 1
Because I have too little time and lotsa unorganised events, I'm gonna split Christmas' posts into parts!
Today's gonna be about the company's Christmas party this year~
We booked a Kbox room for the party on Friday, Christmas Eve's eve! The room we booked is the big kind with extra bar, balcony, xbox set, pool table and a useless com.
Frankly, I'd say that it was the worst company Christmas party yet.
The food from Xbox was horrible, everything just tasted plain crappy. Some that were supposed to be 'heated later' by the staff was never heated etcetc.
Another thing I totally hate about Kbox is that they have centralised air-con. And EVERYTIME, at basically all their outlets, it's wayyyyy too cold.
Especially that night cus everyone was in dresses and stuff, so it was extra cold :'<
Okay enough about the complaining, here's some actual pictures!
First off, preparing for the night! Finding dresses and matching accessories lol.
This year's party is kinda different, not just is this the first time we're not dinning in a restaurant, it's also our first themed event. And our theme is... 复古 lol. Which is basically wearing anything... Old fashioned.
That's quite a problem cus well, not everyone has that much old fashioned stuff!

Living in Singapore means that it's absolutely impossible for us to have a white christmas tomorrow ;(
